However, most clients benefit from discounted rates through package options or local discounts.
For retainer agreements, a minimum commitment of three months is required. Payments for projects are due upfront, and a 50% deposit is necessary before booking. Retainer clients enjoy priority scheduling, and a 25% deposit is required for ongoing retainer services.
Turnaround times typically range from 2-5 days for small projects, and up to a week or more for larger or more complex work. Retainer clients receive priority, ensuring faster delivery and dedicated support.
Retainer agreements require a minimum commitment of three months. Ongoing support is billed monthly, and cancellations require a notice period. All retainer services are subject to the terms outlined in the contract.
